Two
of the leading club collectives have united together for the very
first time to present a brand new club night to the scene! STONED
ASIA MUSIC and SHAANTI MUSIC present's FUSION to the hearts and
minds of the south London massive!
Fusion
is a place where the playlist is infinite and the decks are dominated
by turntable techniques and fused beats. Combine this with a host
of leading DJ's and artists from the world music and club underground
scene and you have the making of the hottest new club night to hit
the London backstreets!
This
night is all about FUSION. FUSION in music
and FUSION in style.
Already
dominating the music and club scene with a number of successful
club night's and albums firmly under their belt, PATHAAN from STONED
ASIA MUSIC and SHAANTI MUSIC have joined forces on a underground
level to push forward Fusion to the forefront of the club scene,
making it the hottest place to go in 2003.
The
intention of the night is to bring together music from all around
the world to the dancefloor, be it popular or underground, each
artists/DJ playing out on the night will provide their own unique
style in their own individual way and manner. On the whole, Fusion
is all about blurring distinctions and 'breaking down all musical
barriers'.
So
don't stereotype, open your mind and breathe in a different source
of energy that they call FUSION.
Join
them each month where they'll be showcasing and bringing together
the hottest new soundz and artists to the South London venue. Be
it drum and bass, trip hop, eclectic break beats, bhangra or world
music
they'll be the first to bring to you the latest soundz
of inner-city music from the globe.
The
opening night will be Saturday 18th January 2003, where some new
artists will be introduced alongside some of the pioneers of the
scene of late.

World Groove), Abeed, ADNAN, live Shaanti drummers and The Long
Ranger (Eastern Tablatronica set) to name a few
