| India's Ybrant Digital to
buy US$283 million business from Experian |
Ybrant
Digital, India's leading global digital marketing
company announced today that it has entered
into an agreement to purchase PriceGrabber,
LowerMyBills, and ClassesUSA.com from the
global information services company Experian
for US$283 million (INR 1500 crores). This
will add over 300 employees to Ybrant's business
and nearly double its current revenues.

network launches with India-based theme |

Connect, a new business network, was launched
on 26th April 2012 at the Luton Hoo Hotel
in Hertfordshire, with 'Doing Business with
India' as its theme. Supported by HSBC and
the Land Rover Experience (based on the Luton
Hoo Estate), the launch was attended by senior
executives from the bank, local businesses
and Indian companies. Rita Hunt gave the Confederation
of Indian Industries' (CII) welcome address
to the new group.

Business Research established |
The National Asian Business Association, formed
in 2011 to build a national voice for Asian
business in the UK, has launched its European
Centre for Asian Business Research (EC-ABR)
for the UK's 50,000 Asian & BME owned
businesses in England that contribute £6.5
billion to the national turnover. Asian business
owners have expressed concern that they seem
to be side-lined by policy makers in the public
and private sector.

sales growth to reach a £20 million
turnover. Dr Rami Ranger's Sun Mark Ltd -
which retails British food brands overseas
- attained the number 50 slot with a turnover
of £109 million.
