Gordon
Brown and President Barack Obama said they
will aim to reach an agreement at the G20
Summit to help the people hit hardest by the
economic crisis. British media, however, has
been obsessed with the 'First Wives' and fashion,
particularly President Obama's wife Michelle
who sported a sleeveless shift dress for a
reception at No 10 Downing Street. The only
glamorous figure missing from the G20 'First
Wives Club' is French former model Carla (Bruni)
Sarkozy.

to the debate as to whether Madonna should
adopt another child and has spoken out against
her, citing the fact that children should
be cared for by 'extended families in their
own home community'. Yes, that is true, and

2009 was announced today (27 March 2009) -
from opera singers to dentists, modeling agencies
to auctioneers, this year' shortlist reflects
the variety of Asian female achievement across
the UK. Shortlisted nominees include writer
Kamila Shamsie, diplomat Vicki Treadell and
entrepreneur Dr Mah Hussain Gambles.

Bill Gates has reclaimed his title as the
richest man in the world with a total net
worth of $40 billion. As the number of billionaires
on the planet shrank, Warren Buffett slipped
to No. 2 with $37 billion, after losing $25
billion in the past year, according to Forbes'
2009 list of the World's Billionaires.
