A
new fine dining Indian restaurant opened its doors
this month. Pushkar Dining & Cocktail Bar
is a stylish new venue that promises to give customers
a refreshed approach to everything that is good
about Indian style, food and hospitality. Pushkar
means 'born due to a flower'. It was a love of
international travel that was the creative spark
for Pushkar Dining & Cocktail Bar. The creative
director, Rai Singh, was inspired to open his
establishment in Birmingham as it is one of the
most vibrant and culturally diverse cities in
the UK, with a flourishing restaurant scene. The
VIP launch party was attended by Canadian popstar
Raghav with an energetic performance by the Dholblasters.
Guests included faces from ITV Central, Midlands
Today, BRMB, Radio WM and Radio One.
Under the
watchful eye of Executive Chef Parvinder Multani,
the team of chefs have created an eclectic menu
for Pushkar using the freshest ingredients utilising
global cooking techniques to create signature
Punjabi & North Indian Dishes.
