South India Food Festival
at Chor Bizarre, 10th - 30th November 2010
London's
Chor Bizarre, that captures the spirit and flavor
of the infamous 'Chor Bazaar' or Thieves Market
of South Mumbai, is to host a South India Food Festival
from 10th 30th November 2010. Southern India
is known for its varied styles of cooking, which
will be showcased at the upcoming food festival.
The menu will include Keralas famous Avial
of Winter Vegetables and Appams with Chicken Stew;
Hyderabadi Mirchi, Beans and Mushroom ka Salan;
Goas finger licking Coconut and Coriander
crusted Prawns; Tamil Nadus renowned Chettinad
Lamb chops; and Karnatakas popular Sea Bass
Nilgiri as well as Mysore Masala Dosa. The Carrot,
Raisins and Chestnut Payasam from Andhra Pradesh
with other desserts will add the perfect finishing
touch!
