- created at home or abroad, says Newsweek magazine. Indian movies
are also enjoying an impressive domestic boom. In 2006, India's
film business grossed about $2 billion, up from $1.5 billion in

HOLLYWOOD THRILLER BASED ON INDIAN MYTHOLOGY |

 Sir
Richard Branson's Virgin Comics, an entertainment company he co-founded
with author Deepak Chopra and filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, is to produce
a thriller mined from Indian mythology with filming likely to
start as early as 2008 in India. Sharad Devarajan, Gotham Chopra,
& Hollywood producer Seth Jaret will produce the film.

WILL BE UPSET WITHOUT 'PARTNER' SEQUEL |
 Govinda,
who is once again teaming with Salman Khan in the sequel to 'Partner',
says he is doing the movie for the sake of his fans who want to
see him with his 'Partner' co-star again. " Salman, David (Dhawan)
and I worked as a family on the sets and audiences saw us as a family.
The good vibes always show up," Govinda said.
