Watch This Space is the National's annual free outdoor summer fiesta of the finest street theatre, music and entertainment in Theatre Square. Now in its seventh year, it has rapidly established itself as one of the largest, most eclectic and dynamic outdoor festivals in the UK. Comprising theatre, music, acrobatics, comedy and dance from all over the world. Asian artists featured in this year's festival are DJ Ritu with Sister India who will be holding a late-night party on the 19 June and the Shyam Brass Band from India on 29 June.

Put on your glad rags. Round up your friends. It's the Watch This Space launch party and everyone's invited!

Sister India Waterloo Sunset - 10.30pm

D J RituSister India's explosive mix of sounds and visuals showcase the cream of female British Asian talent from the British and Asian music scenes. Led by DJ Ritu, the co-founder of Outcaste Records, Sister India is a club-based live performance that leads you through a musical and visual journey. Driven by DJ Ritu's turntable soundtrack, the line-up features high profile artistes with wide and varied music backgrounds: from Faithless and The Dhol Foundation, to Ryuichi Sakamoto, Massive Attack and the Reggae Philharmonic Orchestra. Sister India's team of vocalists, musicians and dancers create a highly charged, dynamic interaction between live and sampled music.

29 June Shyam Brass Band 6.15pm

Shyam Brass BandOne of India's finest authentic, and first internationally acclaimed, brass bands playing their boisterous repertoire of Bollywood inspired tunes. 10 of the full 150 line up will be performing, playing a range of instruments including, trumpets, trombones, saxophones, clarinets, dhol and other traditional instruments.
