Synopsis

In a remake of a Malayalam hit of the same name, 'Bodyguard' revolves around young (Salman Khan), who has a very strange habit; he idolises anyone with a trace of heroism. Whenever he develops an admiration towards a person, he prefers to move with that person as a sort of bodyguard.

He starts admiring Ashokan, a former liquor tycoon and leading businessman. (Salman Khan) wants to be Ashokan\'s bodyguard, but Ashokan does not need a bodyguard. Later, (Salman Khan) approaches Ashokan with a recommendation from someone he cannot refuse. He achieves his luck after saving Ashokan from danger. (Salman Khan) thus becomes the bodyguard of Ashokan\'s only daughter (Kareena Kapoor). (Salman Khan) follows (Kareena Kapoor) to her college as her bodyguard. (Kareena Kapoor) and her friend Meera gets irritated with him following them all day so the two girls started making fake calls to (Salman Khan's) number, trying to get rid of him!

Bebo does a ‘Mandakini’ for Bodyguard

The film's title song 'Aaya Re Aaya Bodyguard' is already proving popular with muscle-man Khan and curvy Kareena cavorting to the rustic beats. Kareena who agreed to do the film at the last minute, set the industry agog with news that she had agreed to do Mandakini's famous wet white saree scene under a waterfall, originally from Raj Kapoor's Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985). The song is a love track between Kareena and Salman titled 'Teri Meri Prem Kahaani' and was shot in Film City over three days - last Saturday Sunday and Monday.

Sources from the set revealed that Kareena donned a beautiful white saree, gracefully danced under the rain water and was very comfortable performing the choreography of the song, which was done by Vaibhavi Merchant. Atul Agnihotri says, “we shot the love song 'Teri Meri Prem Kahaani' with Salman and Kareena recently. Kareena looked absolutely stunning in the saree. The audiences will surely enjoy the song and fall in love with her all over again.”
