in cinemas on Friday 12th June 2009, Kal Kissne Dekha
is directed by Vivek Sharma (Boothnath) and marks
the debut of actor Jackky Bhagnani as Nihal Singh in this youthful
romantic thriller. Having worked alongside his father - Vashu
as a producer for many years, Jaccky was very excited to be promoting
his first acting project to UK audiences.
Having
produced well-known films like Coolie No.1, Hero
No.1, Biwi No.1 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,
Vashu Bhagnani is thrilled to be launching his sons career
and finally releasing this extra special film to global audiences
later this week. It has been great to see Jackky take to
the big screen. I am very proud of the hardwork and effort that
he has put into this film. Together, as a father son duo I believe
we have put together a fantastic entertainer for the whole family

Kal
Kissne Dekha is a story about Nihal Singh from Chandigarh,
a seemingly simple yet unconventional young man who dreams of
attending an elite Science Institute. Inquisitive and talkative,
he has a brilliant mind and enjoys building complicated gadgets
in his spare time. When accepted into his dream college in Mumbai,
Nihal faces a whole new world, full of new people and new challenges.
Initially nobody takes him seriously and he faces much ridicule
and taunting. However, he somehow manages to charm the students
and teachers including Professor Verma, who becomes his mentor.
Unexpectedly
Nihal's world is interrupted. Nihal has visions of Meesha, a fellow
student and a girl he likes, being in danger. He saves her life
and love blossoms between the two at the expense of his secret
being revealed. The secret that he can foresee the future. Its
not long before Nihals innocence is manipulated and his
visions unknowingly become a tool in someone elses sinister
plans.
The
film also stars Vaishali Desai, grandneice of celebrated director/producer
Manmohan Desai as Meesha, Rishi Kapoor as Professor Verma and
Archana Puran Singh as Bebe. The film also features a whole host
of cameos including Satish Shah, Rajpal Yadav and Dalip Tahil.
The music to Kal Kissne Dekha is composed by hit duo
Sajid-Wajid with lyrics provided by Sameer.
