Bollywood Bound directed by Nisha PahujaAn entertaining and informative slant on the Bollywood phenomenon, this film takes us on a fascinating journey through the ordeals of auditions, rehearsals and the endless traumas of trying to make it big in a place where thousands compete for a small role.

Neeru, Vikram, Vekeana and Ruby, all Indian-Canadian wannabe-stars, travel to Mumbai in their hope of making their mark only to be greeted with struggle and frustration. However the lure and seduction of Bollywood fame means that the young hopefuls are not about to give up without a fight! Through interviews, shots of Mumbai's urban landscape and footage from Bollywood films, Nisha Pahuja's delightful documentary explores the East-West cultures and their place in the subculture of India's booming film industry.
