Galleries -> Asian Art in London 2008: 30 October - 12 November 2008

Asian Art in London 2008
30th October - 12th November

Asian Art in London 2008Asian Art in London returns for its eleventh year from 30th October until 12th November 2008. The current "credit crunch" has certainly affected the Asian art market, with collectors appearing to be more comfortable about purchasing works of art, as an alternative to the usual areas of investment. Mallett antiques in association with Samina Inc.,will hold an exhibition of extraordinary pieces of Indian jewellery while Esther Fitzgerald will hold an exhibition "Seed & Spirit of Modernism an exploration through Asian textiles".

Asian Art in London is delighted to be working with the Kathmandu Arts Centre this year, who will host a show called "Khulla Dhoka, The Open Door", which will include works of art by Nepalese & British artists. It will be held at the Royal Overseas League from 28 October to 11 November.

Among the participants showing South Asian Arts are:
