ABOUT
THE UK ASIAN MUSIC AWARDS
The
UK AMAs concept was started six years ago by Abs Shaid, CEO and
founder of the UK Asian Music Awards in the form of 'The Asian DJ
and Music Awards' which were held at the Aquarium nightclub in London
in 2002. This proved a massive success on the UK Asian scene and
quickly grew in size and recognition on the underground Asian market
to become the UK Asian Music Awards.
