FIRST ALL-FEMALE PROPERTY INVESTMENT COMPANY

Kiren Awan, co-founder of Shooba Property Investment CompanyKiren Awan, the daughter of Shere Khan entrepreneur Nighat Awan OBE, has launched the all-female property investment team Shooba Investments. Kiren and her business partner Hannah Davies, are pooling their experience in the property market to help clients across the UK make shrewd investments in their extensive catalogue of countries including Dubai, Turkey, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Hungary.

Hannah Davies has enjoyed a diverse career in the property sector, driven by her motivation to travel and hard work ethic. She has worked for one of the most influential overseas property agencies in London and also spent several years abroad selling apartments and villas.

Kiren, 26, began her property career at the age of 15 assisting her parents with their property companies. Here she gained invaluable experience in all areas of the property industry including marketing, developing and public relations. Kiren has also worked for Westport Developments Ltd and the esteemed ASK Developments in Manchester. Kiren's mother Nighat is chief executive of the Shere Khan Group and a non-executive director of Shooba.
