PAUL
VARGHESE
Paul
Varghese's got a slow, relaxed delivery and some great material.
In one of his routines, he mimes his Malayalee parents' thick accents
and his 'super-Christian' dad's fascination with crosses. Growing
up was a struggle, Varghese has roving gangs of Malayalee doctors
and aeronautical engineers brandishing slide rules in da hood. So,
to stay off the streets, he kept it real at comedy clubs.
RAJ
SHARMA
Raj
Sharma was born and raised in Texas. At a very young age, he learned
that a sense of humor would take him a long way. He blends his traditional
upbringing with his western influence like no other. In four short
years, after his mother's dreams of him being a doctor crashed and
burned, he has performed with some of the nation's most popular
comics as well as some of the most popular venues. He is sure to
hit a nerve with everyone on the audience.
TAPAN
TRIVEDI
Tapan
Trivedi grew up in India. When he was 22 years old, he came to the
US. Besides blondes, redheads and premarital sex, he discovered
Stand-up Comedy. Pushed to the stage on the insistence of his friends,
he went up on stage during an open mike where he killed his first
time and then bombed 7 times immediately after. Addicted to laughter,
he kept plugging on till he became a finalist in a funniest person
competition. Constantly winning audiences over with his brilliant
writing and hilarious observations of life as an Indian immigrant
in the USA.
DAN
NAINAN
Daniel
Nainan left his job as a junior executive at Intel Corporation in
2001 to pursue stand-up comedy full time. Since then, he has performed
with Jerry Seinfeld and Bob Saget, and most recently toured the
country with HBO comedian Robert Schimmet. His television credits
include Comedy Central and NBC's 'Last Comic Standing' and Nickelodeon's
'Gotcha'. He is also a top voice-over on radio stations all across
America.
