Rasa Arts Collective’s inaugural project 'Love Times Seven' is DC's first English-language musical theatre production inspired by Bollywood. A love story spanning seven decades that explores the journey from pre-Independent India to present day in Bollywood cinema, the goal of this project is to translate the Bollywood aesthetic for the stage, combining English dialogue with Bollywood song and dance. From the innocent 40s to the risqué 2000s, the production contains all the memorable moments and songs that make Bollywood magical.
