Sikhs lose challenge to helmet rule in Canada

Ontario Court Judge James Blacklock gave his ruling Thursday while dismissing a challenge to the Ontario Highway Traffic Act by a local Sikh Baljinder Singh Badesha who was fined $110 in September 2005 for driving his motorcycle without a helmet. read more read more
